- Services are subject to availability and scheduling. We serve a defined geographic area and cannot guarantee service outside of it.
- We reserve the right to decline service requests at our discretion, including requests outside our service area or scope of work.
- Service scope, pricing, and scheduling will be confirmed before any work begins. No work commences without your approval of the estimate.
3. Estimates and Pricing
- Free estimates are provided with no obligation. We will assess your property and provide a written or verbal quote at no cost to you.
- Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date provided. After that period, pricing may be subject to revision.
- Final pricing is confirmed in writing or verbally before any service begins. We do not begin work without your approval.
- Prices may vary based on actual property conditions observed on-site that differ from what was described when the estimate was requested.
- We do not add hidden fees. What we quote is what you pay, unless scope changes are agreed upon before work begins.
4. Scheduling and Cancellations
- We will notify you in advance if scheduling changes are necessary due to weather, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.
- If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled service time.
- Repeated last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) may result in a scheduling hold or removal from our regular schedule.
- We reserve the right to reschedule due to unsafe weather conditions without penalty.
5. Customer Responsibilities
To ensure we can complete your service safely and effectively, please:
- Ensure clear access to your lawn and any gates on the day of service. Locked or blocked access may result in a missed visit.
- Remove obstacles such as toys, furniture, hoses, and pet waste from lawn areas before our arrival.
- Notify us of any underground utilities, irrigation lines, invisible pet fences, or landscape features we should avoid.
- Keep pets indoors or secured during service for their safety and the safety of our crew.
- Provide accurate information about your property when requesting an estimate.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
We are committed to quality work and your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with a completed service:
- Contact us within 48 hours of service completion and we will address the issue at no additional charge.
- This guarantee applies to the specific service performed and does not cover pre-existing lawn conditions, damage caused by pest or disease, or results affected by weather after service.
- We reserve the right to assess the situation before determining the appropriate remedy.
7. Limitation of Liability
- Affordable Lawn and Landscape is not liable for pre-existing property damage, underground utilities or irrigation lines not disclosed to us prior to service, or acts of nature occurring after service.
- Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
- We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost income, loss of use, or damage to personal property not directly caused by our crew.
- We carry full liability insurance. If damage occurs that is directly caused by our crew, contact us immediately and we will work with you to resolve it.
8. Intellectual Property
- All content on this website, including text, images, logos, graphics, and design, is the property of Affordable Lawn and Landscape or is used with permission.
- You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or republish any website content without our prior written permission.
- Personal use of information on this site (such as saving our phone number or service list) is permitted and encouraged.
